Marketing Designer
(Full Time) Department:

Position Summary
Designs and produces graphic art and visual materials for print and digital media. Ensures that layout and design are aligned with brand and production standards and follow best practices. Creates and executes design solutions and collateral used for marketing, advertising, sales, and other forms of communication. Coordinates with customers and stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver projects on time and budget. Experienced using a variety of design and editing tools and software such as Adobe. Knowledge of color, composition, typography, digital design and production management.
Essential Job Functions •Develop unique, stand-out advertising creative, in video, animation, and still formats; •Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and that advance our brand strategy. •Lead the design and development of sales and marketing decks and update content as needed; •Email Campaigns •Assist with video editing and production needs, as necessary •Collaborate with website vendors on story ideas for Blog •Collaborate with marketing team to strategize campaigns surrounding email and social channels •Create short form video content, including reels, social videos, and gifs •Test the responsiveness of all assets for all platforms (i.e. email templates, websites, landing pages, etc.) •Assist in the copywriting for emails, ads, and other marketing materials •Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concepts to deliverables •Oversee and mange lead nurturing activities for digital channels •Assist in planning and executing all email nurturing campaigns using marketing management software including the creation of related assets such as landing pages and forms •Responsible for Social Media presence and campaigns using the following platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc... •Coordinate website content (content management) including updating images, specs, dealer contact information, and the addition of new pages for new programs / initiatives. Focus should be on providing dynamic and relevant content that engages the customers •Coordinate the Piper brand ambassador program, which includes onboarding of new ambassadors, regular coordination calls, program analytics and strategic planning •Ensure all expenditures for assigned marketing projects and daily responsibilities fall within budget. •Review and approve invoices in relation to print and digital marketing efforts. •Design and create department presentations and spreadsheets as requested using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel software •Maintain working knowledge of the Piper product line and competitive issues and positioning •Perform in a team environment that is committed to increasing the prospect base for Piper products •Assist in the coordination of new model introductions, product launches and demo tours as it relates to marketing •Serve as the creative design resource for all company non-product related creative (Rec/Safety Committees, HR, etc.). •Administration of company's photo archives. •Represent the Company at tradeshows to provide product and brand support as required •Manage special projects as assigned by the marketing and events manager. •Follow all company health and safety procedures •Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Minimum Position Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Education and Experience •Bachelor's degree in art, graphic design, or related field; •A great eye for design, layout, typography and color selections; •3+ years of design experience with a consumer-facing (B2C) brand; •Experience within the Aviation industry strongly preferred •Strong project management skills. •Knowledge in Microsoft Office computer software programs. •General knowledge of CS5 (Creative Suite). •Strong working knowledge with Photoshop. •Exceptional verbal and report presentation abilities.
Physical Demands
Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform and accomplish tasks. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
