Description:The Assistant Consumer Data Products Specialist is a key cross-functional member of the CDP Activation team and will be responsible for the day-to-day management, oversight and optimization of our CDP activation projects reporting to the Associate Director, Consumer Data Products.

Primary responsibilities of this role:Build, QC and execute low complexity audiences. Day-to-day management of CDP audience updates from scope through execution including scope documentation, managing the Project Scope, and partnering with the internal resources.Ensure high quality, on-time, and error free implementation, testing, and QA of campaigns within the platform.Identify any issues or concerns the team has with cross functional and agency partners. Work with the Senior Consumer Data Products Specialist or Associate Director to resolve issues, identify root cause, and recommend corrective action where necessary.Maintain segment taxonomy structure and maintain a running inventory of all CDP audience activities.Monitor campaign performance and proactively provides recommendations to drive an increase in engagement.Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists and status reports. Possess minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress, identify risks and ways to mitigate issues.

Requires a minimum of 2-3 years of progressively increasing responsibility in Adobe Experience Cloud products, including AEP, Adobe Analytics, AJO and CJA.Requires strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to be effective managing through a highly matrixed organizationbility to work and lead independent initiatives without day-to-day supervisionble to prioritize & gracefully manage competing priorities to ensure deadlines are met.Collaborative nature and ability to influence and guide cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications:
