Job Description
The
Fulfillment Manager
is responsible for supporting weekly and monthly supply chain planning activities across the water division. Activities will focus on analysis to balance demand and supply over the short to medium term while defining any actions to take to help mitigate identified gaps or capitalize on perceived opportunities. Responsible for analyzing and executing on replenishment strategies, executing SKU transitions, maintaining network balance through parameters, and collaborating with internal and external cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities
Synchronize demand and supply in the short/medium term with focus on supporting the development of actions to reconcile demand and supply imbalances.Review inventory gaps to identify root causes and define corrective actions.Maintain manufacturing capacity analysis to enable optimized supply planning activities (such as adherence to master capacity plan or weekly production schedule).Support the generation of a cross-plant transportation plan, ensuring componentry and finished goods are in ideal locations based on the forecasted and real requirements.Develop, monitor, and report out key performance metrics (forecast accuracies, incoming order rates, fill rates, lead times, internal transfers, e.g.).Participate in weekly meetings and provide analytics to assist with shipment, open orders, and weekly demand and operational reviews.Drive and build value-add internal relationships with customer facing functions and Ops/Manufacturing. Translate feedback from Operations, Sourcing, Distribution, and Sales into meaningful analytics and content for S&OE stakeholders.Identify and address discrepancies in data or process(es) and drive corrective actions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, reports, and analyses to support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the S&OP and SOE processes.Work with IT to develop advanced Supply Chain analytical tools and reporting; design reports, automate processes to provide insights and inputs to drive business decisions, etc.Actively participate in, and/or lead demand/supply planning and S&OE projects and studies.
Qualifications
An innovative solution-first spirit and an ability to think creatively.Bachelor's Degree in the areas of Supply Chain Management, Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Finance, or Logistics preferred.3+ years of supply chain planning, Accounting, or related experience in a manufacturing environmentHigh technical aptitude with analytics, presentation content, and communication skillsAble to work with cross-functional teams and external subject matter experts.Passionate about building and owning innovative, customer-facing services/products.Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as: Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP supply chain management systemsExcellent analytical and problem identification/solving skills with strong modeling, scenario building, and data visualization skills.Driving Collaboration: Creates an environment of teamwork that integrates the customer perspective, ultimately producing maximum results.Exhibiting Agility: Aligns people, processes, and strategies to drive flawless execution in an ever-changing environment.Promoting Entrepreneurship: Develops ongoing excellence and effective business growth while maintaining company culture, cultivating talent, and demonstrating ethics and integrity.Accelerating Impact: Builds confidence by modeling behavior, effective communications, and positive influence.
HOW TO STAND OUTMaster's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.HVAC / Water Heating industry experience preferred.Experience using OracleExperience with Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) processContinuous Improvement projects in a manufacturing operations environmentAPICS Certified Supply Chain Professional or relevant supply chain certification
The pay scale for this position in California, New York, or Connecticut is $83,808 - $134,028. Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.
