Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Communications Manager with deep healthcare or HealthTech expertise to lead and execute our internal and external communications strategy. The ideal candidate is a skilled storyteller who can effectively convey our mission, values, and product innovations to a range of audiences, including healthcare providers, partners, media, and internal stakeholders. You will be instrumental in shaping and amplifying our brand narrative while ensuring consistent, impactful communication across all channels.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage Notable's comprehensive communications strategy, aligning messaging with business goals and brand objectives. Craft compelling content for press releases, media pitches, internal communications, thought leadership pieces, case studies, and other external materials. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and sales to ensure brand consistency and alignment in messaging. Serve as the primary media contact, building strong relationships with healthcare and technology reporters, securing media coverage, and managing press inquiries. Drive executive communications, including speechwriting and bylined articles, to position our leadership team as thought leaders in healthcare innovation. Oversee internal communications to ensure clarity and alignment on company priorities, milestones, and achievements. Monitor and measure the impact of communications initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness. What We're Looking For:
5+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or content strategy, with a strong focus on healthcare or healthtech. Proven track record in developing and executing successful communications campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement. Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling messages tailored to different audiences. Experience managing media relations, including securing press coverage and handling inquiries. Strong collaboration and project management skills, with the ability to work across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with healthcare industry trends, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
