Job Summary
Job Description
Under direct supervision, develop, implement and manage marketing plans, promotions, trade shows and other marketing/sales strategies for various market segments.
ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of senior marketing management, develop and implement internal and external marketing tactics through collaboration with product divisions, sales and creative team.Understand and analyze the segment marketplace and assist with developing strategies to grow sales.Act as the liaison between product divisions and creative development team to ensure development of effective selling tools as well as prioritization of needs across divisions.Assist with strategic relationships with key customers and national/state trade associations.Implement trade show tactics to achieve goals and objectives - recommend and select featured products and provide support formarketing managers and sales to execute plans through to lead management.Survey reps on select topics such as best practices, customer insight, and marketing collateral.Education
Bachelor's degree.Work Experience
Previous experience working in a marketing environment.Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion datesExperience defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts, and drawing valid conclusions.Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).Preferred Requirements
Previous marketing experience (ex. marketing plans, promotions, trade shows and other marketing/sales strategies).
