About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Partner Manager for its advertising sales team. This role demands a professional with a proven track record in digital media sales, e-commerce, and retail media ad sales, who can exceed sales goals, define and execute account plans, and act as a strategic partner to ensure clients' business objectives are met. The Senior Partner Manager will be expected to have a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, strong executive outreach and networking skills, and the ability to develop and nurture both existing and new client relationships.Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications: a Bachelor's degree, 5-7 years' in digital media sales, and at least 5 years' of experience managing client accounts. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years as a strategic advisor with C-Level clients, a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets, and experience in both managed-service and self-service media solutions sales are required. The role calls for a professional with strong analytical, financial, and operational skills, as well as excellent communication and the ability to interact with a diverse set of businesses. The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, curious, collaborative, and competitive, with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to lead with a consultative and courageous approach.
