Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Art Director to join our Brand Partnerships team on a part-time basis, providing creative leadership for deck creation, graphic asset development, and design work that spans across multiple client projects. This role will directly support our client-facing needs, creating high-impact visuals for pitches and client campaigns across the sports, entertainment and CPG fields. The ideal candidate is a seasoned design professional with strong proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, Keynote, and Illustrator, capable of producing compelling, Gen Z-aligned visual assets.
Responsibilities
- Design and build visually engaging client pitch decks and campaign presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and produce graphic assets, marketing material for client-specific initiatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design work, adhering to both company and client guidelines.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Keynote to create high-quality graphics, visuals, and presentations.
- Contribute to the aesthetic and marketing/sales direction of projects with a strong understanding of youth culture and Gen Z trends.
- Manage and prioritize project timelines effectively, meeting deadlines across multiple, overlapping client projects.
- Partner with Creative, Production, and Sales teams to ensure design elements align with client goals and campaign strategy.
- Support the creation of graphic assets for social media and influencer partnerships as needed.
Requirements (Skills & Experience)
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, art direction, or creative production.
- Proven expertise in creating decks and graphic assets for client projects in digital marketing or media.
- Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and Keynote.
- A deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, digital advertising and the creator economy.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen eye for detail, a creative problem-solver, and a strong visual storyteller.
- Professional communication skills with an ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge and passion for Gen Z culture and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
