Typical range of hours is based on the community needs and may require weekends and after hour emergency services. Workdays may be adjusted based on community needs. Full Time: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (average 40 hours).

As the face of the community, a Community Manager has a lot of responsibility to ensure the property is well-maintained, staffed, and profitable. But you will have a lot of fun doing it! General Summary of Associate Responsibility:To support and assist all aspects of the community operations, while reporting to and acting under the direction of the Regional Manager/District Manager/Vice-President.Preferred Education and Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years of experience as an on-site Community Manager in multi-family property managementStrong leasing and marketing background as well as superior customer serviceDemonstrated proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and internet. Software experience, preferredCommunity budgeting, preferredKnowledge / Skills / Ability:
Ability to evaluate and fulfill community common area and amenity needs, attention to detail and dedication to maintain the communityAbility to independently establish priorities, manages time effectively, and fulfills assigned objectives and projectsAbility to respond to and resolve unexpected problems and handle priority changes in a fast-moving, fluid environmentStrong verbal and written communication skills, strong organization skills, and ability to work well with onsite staff, customers, supervisors, corporate office associates and vendorsMust be able to effectively communicate, comprehend, speak, and read in English. Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to applySupervisory Responsibilities:
The Community Manager supports the Regional Manager/District Manager and supervises all community associates.Residential Standards Responsibilities:
Greet prospects and residents with amazing customer service using standardized greetingGreet & motivate on-site team dailyMeet with Service Supervisor dailyEnsure all monies are postedPost to Instagram & Facebook at least 3x per weekEnsure all ILS's are updatedEnsure Resman is updated with notices, move ins, leases, traffic and ensure availability is accurateWalk make readiesLease apartments & follow up with new move ins to ensure resident satisfactionUpdate market surveysUpdate mileage logs and approve payroll hours for all team membersMeet and walk with landscapers to ensure optimal curb appealShop all competitors and stay up to date on market conditionsAudit and approve lease filesHandle emergency situations and incident reporting when applicableCommunity Inspections and Quality Assurance Review
Makes regular inspections of apartment communityFinancial Performance
Oversees collection of revenue and handles delinquent accountsMakes recommendations for scheduled rent increasesAccounts Rec./Accounts PayableAssists in budget preparation
