This role is central to driving retention, growth, advocacy, and participation within our customer base. Specifically, this role will lead ongoing programs to ensure Glean's customers understand how to achieve and articulate success with Glean, and will align community activities with broader company initiatives to improve adoption, boost awareness, and drive business growth.This role will work directly with cross-functional peers in product, sales, and customer success, as well as with external partners and customers to ensure crucial customer insights are at the forefront of business decisions.What you will do and achieveDevelop and execute programs to expand the reach, engagement, and success of Glean's Customer Community.Craft compelling content for community engagement, including articles, blogs, webinars, social media posts, and virtual events to educate and support community member's ongoing success with Glean.Facilitate meaningful discussions and foster relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders, while identifying and nurturing community advocates to amplify Glean's mission.Analyze community metrics and KPIs to measure engagement and effectiveness, and share community feedback and learnings with cross-functional stakeholders to inform broader business initiatives.Who you are BA/BS in business, marketing, liberal arts, or related degree3+ years of B2B SaaS community management experienceAction-oriented self-starter with a love of making people and companies more effective, an eagerness to build deeper relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, and a growth mindset driving you to roll up your sleeves to make things happenPassionate about Glean's mission and product and representing our customers' needs, with a keen ability to keep a pulse on emerging trendsKey Knowledge & Skills Excellent communication - both written and verbal, virtual and in-personStrategic and resourceful cross-functional collaborator with a track record of consistently delivering excellent results in a fast-paced environmentExcels at putting structure on ambiguity and taking a results-driven approach to work (testing, measuring, iterating)Strong critical and analytical thinking, reasoned judgment, and impeccable attention to detailBenefits Competitive compensationMedical, Vision and Dental coverageFlexible work environment and time-off policy401kCompany eventsA home office improvement stipend when you first joinAnnual education stipendWellness stipendHealthy lunches and dinners provided dailyFor California based applicants:The standard base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $115,000 annually. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
