You will have ownership of Remitly's organic social media strategy, taking charge of content direction, performance tracking, and community management. Your expertise in social media, combined with your ability to collaborate across teams, will be essential for building our brand's voice and creating connections with our global audience. This is a hybrid role that requires 2-3 days a week at our Seattle, WA headquarters.You Will:Lead the organic social media strategy at Remitly, building brand awareness and increasing customer retention through content development and community engagement.Grow Remitly's presence on channels like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, developing content plans for visual, written, and video content.Write briefs, create copy, and collaborate with in-house designers and freelancers to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, business goals, and best practices.Develop and resource our community management program, ensuring timely responses and promoting engagement across our main social platforms.Analyze channel performance with regular reporting, and improve social media strategies based on data.Collaborate with other teams, such as PR, Growth, and Employer Brand, to integrate organic social media into broader marketing projects.You Have:3-5 years in a corporate social media or related role.Experience working with data-driven content strategies to achieve business goals.Experience with content operations, including editorial calendars, content analytics tools, and freelancer management.Experience creating content for branded social media channels.Compensation Details: The starting base salary range for this position is typically $88,000-$110,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
