Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Trainer/Content Developer to support the implementation of Child Welfare System (CWS) modules. This role involves designing and developing engaging training materials for adult learners, with a focus on effective classroom and virtual facilitation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various teams and subject matter experts to ensure the training meets the needs of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain training materials and instructional content using tools like Captivate and Camtasia.
• Create dynamic, interactive course content that enhances the learning experience.
• Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions across various formats.
• Evaluate and revise training materials based on feedback and quality assurance checks.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate software functionality into practical learning resources.
