Duration: 09+ Contract
Rate : $80-$85/hr on W2 all inclusive

Here on the Client Store Online team, we are responsible for Client’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal
digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Client, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like
they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it
takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
The Retail Commercial Marketing team is seeking a WW Content Validation Project Manager to oversee the flawless execution
of seasonal marketing promotions and campaigns globally.
In this role you will manage global validation effort for the Client Online Store. You will partner cross-functionally with teams to
ensure content accuracy, manage vendor relationships, and execute against the campaign roadmap. The ideal candidate is a
fast learner who is well organized, highly adaptable and at ease operating in a fast-paced environment where critical thinking and
quick decisions are often required.
Description
. Own and drive execution of global validation for seasonal campaigns/promos; track progress and report on go-live
readiness
. Manage vendor relationship, including project POs, invoices, resource allocation and project briefings
. Lead cross-functional forums to facilitate interdependent workflows
. Partner with cross-functional leads on validation lifecycle: review and correct source-of-truth validation documents, create
radar test cases, screen and triage tickets, assist with content queries
. Understand how changes to marketing plans impact validation globally, re-assess readiness plans, and adapt approach as
needed
Minimum Qualifications
. 5+ years global program/project management experience, driving interdependent processes
. Self-starter, able to operate with independence and be adaptable to work through ambiguity
. Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle overlapping schedules, time-sensitive tasks, priorities and
deliverables across multiple work streams
. Process-centric, able to flex between high-level strategic thought and tactical execution with precision
. Strong cross-functional team player, able to influence key partners to drive complex projects against aggressive deadlines
. Proficient with Keynote and Numbers, experience with Radar a plus
