Job Title: Creative Assistant Status: InternshipReports To: Graphic Designer FLSA: ExemptDepartment: Creative Design Effective: February 2025Job Summary:Develop creative for online and offline channels that brings the Indianapolis Indians brand to life in service of business objectives.Provide creative support for internal departments, including but not limited to ticket sales, corporate sales, marketing, operations and game presentation.Responsibilities:Develop various creative concepts from initial idea to final executionAssist the marketing/social team in capturing content, including interviews, video shoots, photography sessions, and event documentationPartner with internal creatives, Indians staff, and external partners to foster a collaborative process, environment and culture of creative excellenceTag and archive photographyEdit in-game content for social mediaOther Duties/Responsibilities: Work outside events, as neededAssist field operations with field maintenance - pulling tarp, clearing fireworks, etc.Front desk shifts in season, as assigned, on a rotating scheduleOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Must provide a professional portfolio to be considered.Proven experience in creative design and video production. Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Skills & Abilities: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, and IllustratorExperience in shooting and editing photography and videography is preferredKnowledge and enthusiasm for sports preferredDates: February 3, 2025-September 30, 2025Hours: 40+ hours per week in addition to all home gamesCompensation: Competitive monthly stipendAbout the Indianapolis Indians The Indianapolis Indians are the professional Triple-A baseball club affiliate of the Pittsburgh Pirates.
