Coton Colors is currently seeking a Creative Operations Associate for our Corporate Office & Design Center, located in Tallahassee, FL

The Creative Operations Assistant supports the Creative Director and team by coordinating
production workflow, managing schedules, data entry, and digital asset organization. This role
involves tracking project progress, scheduling campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication
between teams.

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Creative Operations Assistant supports the Creative Director and team by coordinating
production workflow, managing schedules, data entry, and digital asset organization. This role
involves tracking project progress, scheduling campaigns, and ensuring smooth communication
between teams.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):
PRODUCTION COORDINATION:
- Manages the flow of projects and digital and print assets through the various stages of thecreative or marketing process, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and handed off between teams efficiently.
- Serve as the central point of communication, adjusting timelines and ensuring smooth vendor/freelancer coordination.
- Draft and schedule campaign assets (email, eCommerce, etc.) across platforms, ensuring timely execution.
- Set up, monitor, and adjust campaigns to optimize performance and meet deadlines
- Enter and maintain data in product information management systems and other platforms.
- Organize and manage digital assets (photography, graphics, and video files, etc ensuring they are correctly tagged, stored, and accessible to the team.
- Provide administrative support to the Creative Director and team to ensure efficient operations.
- College degree and 3 years of office experience.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, marketing platforms (email, social, eCommerce), Airtable, and Basecamp preferred.
- Knowledge of production processes, strong organizational and logistics management skills, and an ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production phase.
- Strong communication skills with vendors and internal teams is crucial to meet deadlines and ensure high-quality output.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
