About the Role
The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for Enrollment Marketing and Creative Services. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all enrollment marketing activities and leading the creative team within the Division of Marketing and Communications. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Communications leadership team and the Vice President of Enrollment Management to ensure the quality and delivery of marketing elements that support the strategic enrollment plan. A key focus for the role is to enhance the institutional brand recognition in emerging and new secondary markets. The AVP will also be responsible for managing a team of creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, and ensuring that the team's work meets the highest standards of quality and effectiveness.Applicants for the Associate Vice President position should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years' experience in creative management. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in leading creative professionals, managing complex projects, and a strong background in marketing best practices. The ideal candidate will have experience in higher education marketing, particularly in the context of student recruitment, and a familiarity with the needs of bicultural and diverse audiences. Professional qualifications should include expert project management skills, experience in brand management, and a basic familiarity with multimedia production environments. The AVP is expected to be a strategic leader, a mentor to the creative team, and a collaborative partner across the organization.
