Marketing and Sales Representative

Summary

A bilingual (Japanese-English) Marketing and Sales Representative position is open at a company providing online learning tools. We are seeking someone who can handle both marketing and developing new business opportunities for educational materials.

Essential Duties

Marketing Responsibilities

• Review content for various marketing tools (including checking naturalness, grammar, etc.) such as membership guides, direct mail, web content, emails, etc.
• Conduct competitor research and explore partnership expansion opportunities.
• Identify new marketing firms for potential collaboration.
• Manage affiliate programs.
• Coordinate with agencies.

Sales Responsibilities

• Set up business meetings by phone.
• Conduct sales outreach to schools and other institutions.
• Participate in promotional activities.

Working Hours and Style

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch break)

Daily in-office attendance required.

Salary and Benefits

$30/hr - $40/hr (DOE)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Experience in web marketing or Outside Sales
• Experience in working with Education Industry is a big plus
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel)
