Social Media & Content Manager / Executive Assistant

We are looking for a versatile and highly organized Social Media & Content Manager who will also serve as an Executive Assistant to the owners. This role combines creativity with administrative support, ensuring our social media presence thrives while providing critical assistance to the leadership team. The ideal candidate will excel at content production, community management, and executive-level administrative tasks.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management
    Develop and execute social media strategies across all platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Engage with our online community, respond to comments, and maintain a vibrant social presence.

  • Content Creation
    Produce engaging content, including podcasts, videos, blogs, and social posts. Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all creative assets.

  • Podcast & Video Production
    Oversee end-to-end production of podcasts and video content, from planning and scripting to editing and publishing. Ensure consistent quality and alignment with our brand voice.

  • Guest & Speaking Engagement Booking
    Identify and reach out to potential podcast guests and opportunities for speaking engagements. Secure appearances on other podcasts and events to grow our visibility.

  • Executive Assistance
    Provide high-level administrative support to the owners, including scheduling, email management, meeting coordination, and other executive tasks as needed.

  • Analytics & Reporting
    Monitor and analyze content performance metrics. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and enhance audience engagement.

  • Brand Representation
    Act as the public face of the brand in social media interactions and during guest appearances.

Executive Assistant Duties

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for the owners.
  • Assist with meeting preparation, note-taking, and follow-up.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Coordinate special projects and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, content production, and executive-level support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with video editing software, podcast production tools, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and providing executive-level administrative support.

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with public relations, securing speaking engagements, or booking guest appearances.
  • Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing campaigns.
