Job Description:
Day to Day Responsibilities:Develop, document, and publish business level procedures.Review and update existing business level procedures.Pay close attention to detail when translating process flows into procedures.Be proactive in asking questions for guidance and clarity.Collaborate and consult with peers, leadership, and subject matter experts.Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.Must Haves:
3-5 years of experience of Procedure writing (open to technical writer with procedure writing background)Experience using Open Text ToolExperience with IGraphics and VisioTranslating process models into requirementsLegal, technical, and/or financial writing terminology or professional writing for a bank or financial institutionSoft skills are very important: can take feedback and direction and willing to ask questions, process engineer and asking questions, very responsive, able to build relationships- they may be to work with "interview" a stake holder to gain info to include in proceduresJob Requirement
