What you’ll be doing...The Consumer Product Marketing team is responsible for the development and implementation of promotions focused on acquiring Mobile and Home subscribers. As Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing the gross add forecast for smartphones.
Developing and maintaining a model level forecast for Phone gross adds.
Partnering with finance to provide business case inputs for financial modeling.
Creating dashboards, leveraging existing models and reports using relevant data to inform and validate decisions.
Analyzing data to monitor promotion impacts, KPI results, trends, gaps in performance, and enhancements needed for success.
Monitoring performance and reporting ongoing and ad hoc metrics in reports, presentations, and dashboards targeted to the situation and audience at different business levels including leadership.

You have a passion for marketing, operations, and understanding the customer journey. You are not afraid of a challenge, and will work to find solutions to difficult problems. You have a proven track record of collaboration, and embrace the opportunity to take ownership over your work.
You’ll need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment.
Built reports, dashboards, and presentations to highlight key metrics to partners in different functions and levels.
Experience with analytics and driving actionable insights.
Experience communicating strategies and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
A Master’s degree.
Experience analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights.
Experience with SQL and data visualization platforms like Tableau.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex ideas and express them in concise, simple to understand ways with actionable insights to meet or exceed KPIs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
