1st Liberty FCU is actively searching for a Marketing Communication Manager for one of our branches in Montana. That's why we provide a challenging work environment where employees are given opportunities to grow, both personally and professionally.Responsibilities include , but are not limited to, the following: directing all marketing activities and processes, including our digital messaging on websites, social media, e-commerce and campaigns. Designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, analyze data traffic and user metrics and ensure the consistency of our brand's digital tone and presence. Assist in developing e-alert notices to be sent to our membership. Direct, organize and represent the credit union to Malmstrom AFB and Community events and functions.Creating financial awareness using various media outlets, digital platforms, marketing techniques, strategies and/or unique ways to assist to build membership, strengthen relationships, generating loans, and building deposits with sales of products and services for the credit union. Enhance and drive Marketing tools and platforms to better assist member interaction and communication, striving to help meet and exceed credit union goals. Responsible to develop Annual Marketing budget and track expenditures within budget. Direct marketing communications, to help message initiatives, campaigns, programs and relationship building. Work with Airforce Base Services to promote the credit union on local bases.
