Providence is calling a Communication Senior Manager, Digital Reputation who will: Lead digital reputation strategy, review and response programs across multiple geographic regions, facilities and medical groups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external partners and vendors to execute reputation management initiatives. Analyze insights, trends, data and reports to create optimal customer experiences and identify opportunities for strengthening online presence. Develop and deliver presentations to effectively communicate strategies and priorities to diverse stakeholders. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportuni
