The Product Marketing Manager plays an integral role on the Marketing team and will be responsible for developing and leading revenue generating marketing efforts across Fortis varying verticals. This position will work with the product team as well as different sales divisions to create marketing go-to-market campaigns that aid in the content creation Marketing Managers need in their campaigns, cross-sell and up-sell our current merchant base, and inform and educate the partners we currently work with. Additionally, the PMM is responsible for evaluating the customer lifecycle to optimize communications during the onboarding process down to becoming an evangelist for our company.

Role Responsibilities:
• Own Product Marketing Strategy and Execution:

o Conduct in-depth market research to understand target markets, competitor landscape, industry trends, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs) for assigned Fortis products.

o Develop and own the product positioning and messaging framework, highlighting the unique value proposition (UVP) for each product.

o Collaborate with the product team to define the product roadmap and translate it into clear marketing narratives for various audiences (partners, developers, merchants).

o Create and manage comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and existing product growth.

o Lead the development of compelling product marketing materials across all channels (website content, case studies, white papers, blog posts, social media content, etc.).

o Work with the content creation team to ensure marketing materials align with the product's positioning and messaging.

o Manage product launch campaigns and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize based on data insights.
• Drive Product Adoption and Revenue Growth:

o Collaborate with marketing managers to create co-branded campaigns and programs that expand reach and increase sales opportunities.

o Build strong relationships with industry analysts and influencers to secure product reviews and positive media coverage.

o Analyze customer data and feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and iterate on messaging based on user needs.

o Track product performance metrics and ROI to demonstrate the impact of product marketing initiatives on revenue generation.

Requirements
• 5+ years marketing experience.
• 2+ years' experience in product marketing and/or financial services/payments, e-commerce, SaaS or FinTech industry experience.
• Exhibit exceptional verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of product marketing, the sales funnel, marketing attribution, and campaign performance metrics.
• Proven analytical skills, ability to assess opportunities, and make decisions based on ROI and effectiveness of different programs.
• Experience with HubSpot or comparable marketing automation software and PMS a plus (e.g., Monday.com).
• Growth mindset; willing to take on measurable risk.
