In this role, you will:

  • Create educational materials that align with our brand's voice and messaging guidelines.
  • Manage all aspects of our social media presence, including content creation, posting, and community engagement.
  • Write compelling articles, case studies, and success stories that highlight the impact of our programs.
  • Draft materials for podcast recordings and episode summaries that resonate with our audience and align with our brand's message.
  • Create informative and engaging masterclass scripts that provide value to our audience.
  • Conduct research to stay informed about industry trends and incorporate relevant insights into content.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure it is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines.

Secondary responsibilities include:

  • Develop and write engaging content for social media, blogs, podcasts, webinars, and other communication channels.
  • Assist in other communication and marketing tasks as needed.

This company is looking for someone with:

  • Strong writing skills! (there will be a writing sample required as part of the application process)
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Communications Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role
  • Experience in the learning and development industry is a plus.
