Job Summary
The Content Management Analyst is responsible for creating, updating, and maintaining digital content for websites, with a primary focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The role ensures content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with legal, branding, and compliance requirements. Additionally, the analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage digital strategy and meet measurable objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Author and update a large number of web pages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Ensure proactive content governance and maintenance processes to maintain consistency, timeliness, accuracy, and relevance.
• Follow content and design guidelines to ensure a consistent approach across the public website.
• Maintain and update web content for appropriate legal, brand, compliance, and accessibility requirements.
• Author digital content as needed, including policies, informational content, navigational elements, form field labels and messaging, error messages, contextual help, alert messages, and FAQs.
Required Qualifications
• Proficient in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Experience with Jira and SharePoint.
• Prior experience authoring content for enterprise websites.
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional digital strategy team to meet measurable objectives.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in delivering content.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in healthcare or other highly regulated industries.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager as a content author.
