As the Project Manager on our Marketing and Communications Team, you'll play an integral role in crafting and executing strategic campaigns that engage our donors, partners, and community advocates. You'll coordinate with creative, digital, and media teams across multiple channels-including video, design, content, web, and social-to deliver impactful campaigns and personalized journeys. This position calls for a detail-oriented project manager who can drive complex marketing initiatives, balance short-term tasks with long-term strategies, and keep projects on track to achieve meaningful engagement and growth.

What You Will Do
- Project Planning and Execution: Use project management best practices to create clear project plans and timelines for each campaign, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across internal and external teams-including content, design, development, paid media, and social-on growth and lifecycle campaigns that leverage experimentation and data-driven insights.
- Client-Focused Delivery: Provide excellent client support from inception through completion, ensuring all deliverables align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Budget and Vendor Management: Oversee program budgets and coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
- Adaptability and Workflow Optimization: Manage dynamic project needs, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changes in a creative, fast-paced environment. Utilize project management tools to communicate project statuses and address any obstacles to project success.
- Data-Informed Strategy: Apply data and analytics to refine workflows and optimize campaign effectiveness.
- 4+ years of project management experience, preferably with a focus on marketing, growth, or lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong background in marketing and communications, with experience supporting content creation across various channels such as web, social media, and email.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Workfront, Asana) and understanding of project management methodologies.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, digital, and copywriting to deliver on multi-dimensional projects.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges, problem-solve proactively, and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with budget oversight and vendor or agency management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to optimize campaign workflows and project outcomes.
