Millions of people tune into the podcast for science-backed tools, expert resources, and the inspiration to create a better life.143 Studios, the production team behind Mel Robbins, is seeking a Content and SEO Strategist to lead the strategy, creation, and execution of content across multiple channels, including email newsletters, the website blog, and influencing content direction for social media channels.This role requires expertise in editorial content, SEO, and a proven ability to create authentic, high-performing content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.In this evolving role, you will craft compelling, authentic content that captures Mel Robbins' voice, develop microcopy for engagement and conversion, lead an SEO-driven blog strategy, and transform the website into a hub for inspiration and audience interaction. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll align content strategies with broader business goals and continuously optimize content performance.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Strategy:Lead content creation across newsletters, web, and social media, ensuring that all content reflects Mel Robbins' voice and is aligned with brand messaging.Develop editorial calendars for newsletters and web content, ensuring a steady flow of engaging content that fosters audience growth.Lead the content strategy across email, web, and SEO channels, crafting copy that mirrors Mel's authentic and engaging personality.Collaborate with key leadership and cross-functional teams to review and optimize content for maximum impact and engagement.SEO Strategy & Management: Develop and implement an SEO strategy for Mel Robbins' website, optimizing content for improved search rankings and organic traffic growth.Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.Write and edit content optimized for SEO while maintaining authenticity and readability.Monitor SEO metrics, adjusting strategies based on performance to enhance engagement, conversions, and traffic.Collaboration & Cross-Platform Content Alignment: Partner with social media and email marketing teams to ensure that web and newsletter content aligns with broader social and digital strategies.Collaborate with designers and developers to integrate visual elements and ensure content consistency across platforms.Performance & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for web, email, and social content, using data-driven insights to optimize content strategies.Continuously refine content strategies based on metrics, audience feedback, and industry best practices.We do not offer sponsorship.
