Pay rate: $ 43.95/HR
Shift: Mon – Fri 8am – 4:30pm (3 days in office)
Length: 6 months
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Knowledge Article Content Creator with a focus on Human Resources (HR). In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining informative and engaging content aimed at educating our HR professionals, managers, and employees. You will collaborate closely with HR subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information, clarify complex HR policies and procedures, and create clear and concise knowledge articles.
Job Duties:
Research, write, and edit knowledge articles related to HR policies, procedures, employee benefits, performance management, and other HR-related topics.
Collaborate with HR SMEs to understand intricate HR concepts and translate them into accessible and user-friendly articles.
Ensure all HR content is accurate, up-to-date, and adheres to our company’s brand voice and style guidelines.
Optimize HR articles for readability, usability, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Manage the content lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, publishing, and updating HR articles as needed.
Monitor article performance metrics and user feedback to continuously enhance content quality and relevance.
Stay updated on HR industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure content remains current and compliant.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Familiarity with ServiceNow and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proven experience as a content creator, technical writer, or HR specialist with a strong emphasis on content creation.
Ability to simplify complex HR information and communicate it clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
