We are seeking a creative and results-driven individual to join our team as Brand Marketing & Content Specialist, to execute Swiftwick's go-to-market strategy for all brand and product marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of our target consumer, is a strategic thinker, creative project manager, and a skilled storyteller with attention to detail and an aptitude to learn. You are analytical and understand business, yet are creative and love to think outside the box. You are always dreaming up new ideas, keeping up with the culturally relevant moments, and all the latest in performance lifestyle trends.
The role will report directly to our Head of Integrated Marketing and is based in Nashville, TN.
Your ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Head of Integrated Marketing to develop a content strategy that aligns with our brand and business objectives and resonates with our target audience, with the goal of creating brand heat and generating excitement. Key channels of responsibility include organic social, editorial, email, and SMSAs a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for producing "outside-of-the-box" creative marketing content that is high-quality, engaging, and informative, while developing a strategic plan to execute across various formats across the company's website, email, SMS, blogs and social media posts, in accordance with launch datesLead monthly content meetings and work closely with ecomm and marketing partners to ensure alignment and brand consistency across channels and tactics.Lead our influencer marketing / content creator program, ensuring that we are top-of-mind in key digital communitiesCopywriting: craft exceptional brand narrative copy for various websites and marketing materials, ensuring consistency and brand alignmentStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital mediaMonitor and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Manage marketing calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all channelsRequirements
Bachelor's degree a plus but not required with the relevant professional experience2+ years of functional experience in content marketing at a consumer brandStrong combination of strategic, tactical skills, with the ability to take an idea and execute from beginning to end, while contributing your own ideas and tactics on how to improve campaigns along the wayStrong storytelling with the ability to integrate product stories and promotional messagingFamiliarity with and understanding of brand marketing-adjacent functions, from creative production and paid social to automated email flows and retail merchandisingBenefits
