Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first Humana’s Marketing organization is seeking an experienced Lead, Marketing Campaign Management - Tech Enablement, to join the team working remote anywhere in the US. The Tech Enablement Lead role reports directly to the Director, Technology, Measurement, & Optimization and owns the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The Tech Enablement role serves as a subject matter expert on the technologies and digital data assets, providing strategic direction to campaigns teams to support successful marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, web, Print, Call and mobile. Additionally, they will have a strong ability to provide guidance to technical teams and campaign teams as well as serve as the interface between the Salesforce and marketing team. Key Role Functions Manages the technology and data and digital assets to support the execution of campaigns by ensuring the team has access to the right technologies and data insights needed for success Provides guidance to technical teams and serves as the interface between the Salesforce Marketing team and CenterWell Pharmacy Marketing Provides guidance to campaign teams on technology and data strategies to achieve pre-defined campaign goals Responsible for the technical organization, distribution, and archiving of campaign content Drives the complex integration of optimized automation across multiple channels, leveraging real-time data and AI for predictive and prescriptive marketing actions Identifies innovative solutions to introduce innovative technology, tools, and digital in CenterWell Pharmacy marketing efforts Serves as an advisor of the Technology, Measurement, & Optimization Leader in crafting the technology and data strategies for the organization Ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and CCPA Provides guidance regarding Preference & subscription management to Salesforce Marketing team and CenterWell Pharmacy Marketing Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, computer science, mathematics, or a related field 8+ years of experience using marketing technologies to execute campaigns 2+ years of project leadership experience Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Lucidchart, or comparable campaign management/segmentation tools Advanced experience working with large, complex data sets within large organizations Strong proficiency in marketing technologies, digital cloud platforms, and data warehouse systems Proficiency in understanding Healthcare-related data Proficiency in verbal and written communication to senior and executive leadership Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field Advanced Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field Extensive experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Expertise in executing marketing technology strategies through digital marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, etc.) Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud storage services (e.g., Amazon S3) and how they interact with a data warehouse (i.e., Snowflake) Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau and Qlik for creating data visualizations Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors Prior technology and data experience with Fortune 500 Company Additional Information To ensure Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees’ ability to work effectively, the self-provided internet service of Home or Hybrid Home/Office employees must meet the following criteria: At minimum, a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 10 Mbps is recommended; wireless, wired cable or DSL connection is suggested Satellite, cellular and microwave connection can be used only if approved by leadership Employees who live and work from Home in the state of California, Illinois, Montana, or South Dakota will be provided a bi-weekly payment for their internet expense. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $102,200 - $140,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
