Marketing & Content Specialist - Kohler HospitalityWork Mode: Hybrid**Location: ** Kohler, WIOpportunityThis role is the marketing lead for several Kohler hospitality businesses. This role requires a knack for storytelling, and a detail-oriented mind to creatively weave together brand and business priorities. The candidate should be a passionate consumer of luxury travel (with an emphasis on Kohler’s business pillars of Golf, Wellness, Art & Design, and Culinary) with an affinity for connecting to culturally relevant stories.The role requires high energy, strong communication skills, and an ability to negotiate with internal and external partners. This candidate must creative and idea oriented, while remaining data driven, fact based, and goal oriented with clear understanding of success metrics.Specific ResponsibilitiesDrive and deliver on brand and business targets as the marketing and go-to-market partner for:Food & Beverage (4 outlets): Horse & Plow, Immigrant, BWR, WSEvents & Experiences (14 total): Food & Wine; Frozen Fairways; Music Weekend; HolidaysGroup SalesManage and deliver a comprehensive content calendar that reflects our broader marketing strategies; generate standalone social campaign ideas and support the amplification of integrated marketing campaigns. This includes ownership of the content calendar for Kohler Wisconsin owned channels:WebsiteEmailOrganic social for @TheAmericanClub and @GolfKohlerResort literature piecesOwns media and influencer itineraries and on-site planning, including coordination with all operational teams.Track KPIs and contribute to monthly marketing dashboard.Skills/RequirementsPassionate about the Hospitality industry, this role requires 2-3 years’ experience in marketing for luxury hotel properties (preferably resorts) demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance.Must have experience managing content calendars.Must be highly motivated, have a positive demeanor, be a team player, proactive self-starter, and excellent communicator.Ability to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization under time pressure.Strong attention to detail required.Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.4-year degree from an accredited university, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Hotel Management.Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.The salary range for this position is $65,600 - $82,000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
