The position:

The creative director will lead a team to create engaging, on-brand visual concepts that support our clients and the organization's business objectives. In this role, the creative director guides all projects and is responsible for the overall quality of work produced by the creative department.

Responsibilities

Mentor and encourage creative team members to foster a positive work environmentAccountable for the quality and completion of all work projects assigned to members of the creative teamParticipate in and provide ongoing opportunities for professional development and growth to teamReport progress via project management resource the major stages of project conception, creation, and executionEnsure designs and content reflect consistently and positively the brand image and company voiceWork with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practicesServe as a liaison between the marketing and creative team and between the creative team and individual internal/external clientsAnticipate problems that may impede a project from completing on time and implement solutionsRemain actively involved in hiring and training creative staffDisplay a high level of graphic design expertise and proficiencyManaging a high volume of creative service requests, traffic status to ensure deadlines are consistently metResponsible for the organization of all files, photos, and collateral produced or receivedEnsure each community and company brand individuality, excitement, impact, and accuracy in all marketing materialsReview all creative materials before they are finalized to ensure quality control and brand standards are metQualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceHighly detail oriented with excellent organizational, analytical and time management skillsProficient in HTMLMicrosoft Office Suite, Project Management, AdobeHighly proficient with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator and InDesignEdit & color-correct images in PhotoshopPrior experience working in a PC environmentPhysical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipmentWork Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 3 days per week.The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.Company Information
