The Role
As our Creative Project Coordinator, you will be supporting our Creative Director and our growing creative team in developing project and team planning solutions. You will be required to effectively and efficiently manage multiple requests and briefs throughout the team.
Internal stakeholder management, exceptional organizational skills and an ability to effectively delegate tasks to ensure a smooth delivery of projects will be crucial for this role. As our Creative Project Managers, you’ll oversee multiple projects, deadlines and resources, which requires a strong ability to multitask and communicate effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan
- Monitor, manage and administer the timely progress of client projects and client workflow
- Organize and schedule project and creative briefs working with clients and creative team members and suppliers.
- Manage client projects from end to end, using ClickUp and approved company systems and processes. Lead by example when using company platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience managing project flows end to end
- Previous experience in the set-up and management of creative projects, and an understanding of the creative process is a bonus
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
- Strong organizational skills
- Proven success working with all levels of management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Thorough editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for crafting engaging and persuasive content.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively within a team environment and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and meeting client expectations.
