Position Summary

The Associate Creative Director - Design is responsible for leading our creative execution, ensuring that our campaigns and projects effectively communicate our clients' messages and achieve their objectives. In this role, you will oversee a team of creative professionals, guiding them in developing impactful and innovative ideas, designs, and content. This role will help elevate and promote our clients' internal and external brands.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide the design team through all production phases. Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure creative requirements are met and maintained to the highest standards. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

  • Brand Strategy: Responsible for bringing brands to life through design. Effectively communicate creative and brand direction across all channels and platforms.

  • Creative Delivery: Develop and execute creative strategies for a diverse range of clients. Ensure all creative products align with client goals and brand identity. Innovate and implement new ideas to resonate with target audiences.

  • Quality Control: Oversee the creative process from production to delivery. Ensure all creative work meets high-quality standards and deadlines. Ensure adherence to client brand guidelines.

  • Client Interaction: Present creative concepts and strategies to clients. Ensure client visions are accurately captured and executed. Build and maintain strong client relationships through expert creative insight.

Background and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Design, Marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience in a creative leadership role within the marketing and advertising industry

  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, advertising and corporate communication principles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate creative ideas

  • Exceptional creativity and imagination, with a keen eye for design and attention to detail

  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Industry knowledge of education, hospitality, HR and internal communications is a plus
