This includes the direction and development of all creative assets including the Association's digital website presence, membership and philanthropic solicitations, event promotions, advertisements and merchandise.Responsibilities include:Development and management of the Penn State Alumni Association visual identity across projects and platforms including envisioning, designing, and production of digital, print, and promotional materials from concept to completion, ensuring quality and accessibility for target audiences.Collaboration with content authors to ensure solutions reflect overall strategic missionManagement and compliance of the Association's brand visual identity including advancing brand visual identity guidelines, style guides, templates and processes for use by Association staff, and Affiliate Groups (including student groups).Collaboration in the creative direction of video and photography.Supervision of junior designers (which may include interns)including, prioritizing, assigning, and managing creative vision from concept to completion.Maintain working relationships with a variety of vendors that support printing, photography, graphic design, and promotions for the Association.Qualified candidates will be creative professionals with the ability to succeed on cross-functional, fast-paced teams with multiple deadlines, stakeholders and complexity. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in multimedia design or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required in addition to demonstrable experience with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
