Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Creative Services Team Member to join our team on a contract basis. This role will involve a mix of video editing, content production, social media management, document design, graphic design, and conference exhibitor booth planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative flair, technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple projects with various stakeholders simultaneously. You will play a crucial role in shaping the INVIA brand's visual identity and engaging the company’s audience across various platforms.
Location: Remote- Must be available for regular in-person meetings in Ann Arbor, MI
Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Creation and Editing:
o Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, training, and promotional purposes.
o Collaborate with the INVIA team to develop video concepts and storyboards.
o Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and messaging.
o Produce animation when needed to visualize product concepts.
2. Content Production:
o Assist in creation of content through various mediums, including website, social media and marketing collateral.
o Work closely with INVIA’s team to gather information and insights for content development.
3. Social Media Management:
o Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence and engagement.
o Create and schedule social media posts, including graphics, videos, and written content.
o Monitor social media channels and work with the company’s team to respond when necessary.
4. Document Design:
o Design visually appealing and professional documents, including instructional documents, emails and presentations.
o Ensure consistency in branding and layout across all documents and marketing designs.
o Collaborate with team members to translate complex information into clear and engaging visuals.
5. Graphic Design:
o Design marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
o Maintain and update design assets in alignment with evolving brand standards.
6. Conference Exhibitor Booth Planning:
o Collaborate with INVIA’s team to plan and design engaging exhibitor booths for conferences and trade shows that effectively communicate our brand and message.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Proven experience in video editing, graphic design, content production, and conference planning.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software and platforms, such as:
o Video editing software
o WordPress
o Graphic design software
o Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in a similar role or freelance capacity.
Estimated Commitment:
