$53-$56/hOverview:As a UX/UI Designer, you'll collaborate with business partners, strategists and software engineers to tackle some of our client's biggest business challenges through ground-breaking, insight-based prototypes and designs. You'll be involved in all aspects of a project, from user research and prototyping to product definition. We're looking for someone who can build outstanding user-centered work on projects and who guides and encourages others with the value of design-from experimenting with new technologies to articulating key design principles to synthesizing trends. You will be part of a high performing, dynamic, and diverse team that is centered around creativity, collaboration, commitment, and adaptability to drive forward the mission of customer experience.Preferred Qualifications:2-3 years of relevant work experience as part of a team and/or academic studies in design-related field designing engaging and empathetic digital interactions across a variety of digital platforms.Bachelor's DegreeStrong understanding of design thinking and user-centered practicesHuman-Computer Interaction, interaction design, product design, communication design, design thinking or related design degreeProficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and InvisionExperience designing for digital accessibility following WCAG standardsUnderstanding of coding/programmingA strong portfolio of work showcasing UX design skills and understanding of user-centered design principlesExperience leveraging analytics data to discover customer struggles and drive UX problem resolutionExperience maintaining comprehensive style guides and ensuring design elements are consistent with brand guidelinesExperience conducting user research and translating insights into meaningful design decisionsAbility to meet deadlines, prioritize and handle time effectivelyAbility to work in a team and to be open to feedback and iterative design processExceptional visual design skills and attention to detail
