Job Title: Interior Designer
Description:
Provide a full range of interior design services, including planning, generating design concepts, preparing design presentations, and completing construction documents and specifications
Working with manufacturer's and product vendors on selections of furniture, fixtures and equipment as well as materials and finishes
Assist in Bidding and Construction Observation by responding to RFI's, reviewing shop drawings, and preparing punch lists
May be doing some of the design work on their own if capable
May assist with technical architecture drawings if needed
Review designs for code compliance
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
5 or more years of post-graduate experience working at an architecture or interior design firm
Post-graduate experience does not include internship experience or experience outside of US standard
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design
Proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience working on educational, corporate/commercial interiors, government or public projects required
Experience within the residential space is not applicable
Licensure is a plus
Must be local- this is a hybrid role
