Job Description
We are seeking a results-driven PPC Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of paid search advertising specifically Google and Meta, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns. We are primarily running campaigns in the healthcare space so working knowledge of clinical and procedural terms is important as the keyword lists will be heavily influenced by specialty in healthcare.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective PPC strategies to drive online traffic and conversions.
Build campaigns following best practices guidelines per platform.
Manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization.
Strategize and collaborate with the creative team to build the assets needed to support the campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and make suggestions based on what the data says.
Create reports to be used for internal and external feedback on all campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and industry best practices.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure seamless integration of PPC campaigns with other marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing, Advertising, a related field, or equivalent years experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong understanding of PPC concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in using Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in the Hoboken area.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Search Ads, and Snapchat).
Knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools. Event tracking & conversion tagging.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Ads.
