About Us: We are a leading provider of continuing education services, specializing in professional development. We are looking for an experienced course writer to develop a comprehensive and engaging 3-hour Florida Real Estate course.
Position Overview: We need a skilled course writer to create educational content for a 3-hour Florida Real Estate course. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate regulations and experience in instructional design.
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and engaging course content for a 3-hour Florida Real Estate class.
- Ensure that the content aligns with the requirements for a Florida Real Estate instructor as outlined below.
- Create clear and concise instructional materials, including text, assessments, and interactive elements.
- Conduct research to ensure content accuracy and compliance with Florida real estate laws.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts if necessary.
- Revise content based on feedback to ensure quality and effectiveness.
Skills Required:
- Real Estate Expertise – Strong knowledge of Florida real estate laws and practices.
- Course Development – Experience in designing and writing educational content.
- Instructional Design – Ability to create effective and engaging course materials.
- Research Skills – Proficiency in researching and verifying content accuracy.

Instructor Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Must possess a Social Security number.
- Must be a holder of a Florida Broker’s license (active or voluntarily inactive) or have passed an approved instructor’s examination.
- Instructor must meet at least one of the following:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field and a valid broker’s license in Florida.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree, extensive real estate experience, and a valid broker’s license in Florida.
- Pass an approved instructor’s examination.
