WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team to support several properties in the San Diego, CA area. This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Full Benefits-eligible.

The pay Range for this position is: $25.00 to $27.00

This position supports an Affordable portfolio to include Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) for formerly chronically homeless individuals and other special needs populations. This includes LIHTC compliance, coordination with supportive services staff, adherence to Housing First principles, supervision of maintenance, efficient budget management, applicant screening, efficient vacancy preparation, maintaining high occupancy rates, rent collections, vendors, and community partner relations.

WHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:

  • You bring experience with affordable housing/tax credit properties
  • You bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment community
  • You can perform professional-level leadership and customer service skills
  • You have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovation
  • You can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reporting
  • You possess good communication skills both, verbal and written
  • You have a passion for helping others
  • You have a strong knowledge of MS word, excel, and Outlook
  • You ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRI
  • You have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage
