What You’ll Do:
- Report directly to the VP of Administrative Services.
- Respond to all owner calls/software dashboards regarding notices, forms needed, ARB/ARC applications, leasing, and general questions.
- Maintain a call log of all incoming/outgoing calls.
- Respond to manager requests promptly.
- Program access devices.
- Mailing notices (annual meeting, violations, special notices, etc.)
- Cover receptionist for lunch, occasionally, by directing all incoming calls to the appropriate personnel or taking messages and assisting visitors.
- Other duties, as requested.
Education & Experience:
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Prefer bilingual Spanish-English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment and to build positive relationships with clients.
- Ability to interact with anyone positively and courteously.
- Proficiency in handling office equipment including multiple lined telephones, printers, and Scanners.
- High standard of dependability and punctuality.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Previous customer service preferred.
