This role involves hands-on management of a 5-building portfolio that includes distressed properties, requiring both strategic and operational skills to enhance revenue, ensure high-quality resident relations, and manage a variety of ongoing projects. Responsibilities:Drive revenue through effective marketing techniques and adjustments as necessary for various unit types and occupancy optimizationLead a team of 5+ professionals, focusing on development and fostering a collaborative environmentImplement innovative approaches to address resident and employee turnover, focusing on retentionProactively address crises with a focus on creative, resourceful solutions that minimize disruptionOversee all resident communications, focusing on satisfaction and retention. Regularly report to stakeholders on property performance and updatesEstablish and maintain strong vendor partnerships to ensure cost-effective and timely project completionCoordinate and oversee multiple projects with diverse levels of urgency and timelinesUtilize analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and create effective resolutionsAbility to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic settingProperty Manager
