Job Description:
Stiles Machinery is seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Project Manager to drive the strategic growth of our product offering across North America. This detailed and creative individual will work with our product management and sales teams to build strategic marketing campaigns and sales enablement tools to increase market share across our product portfolio. This unique role will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and measuring the performance of all campaigns to ensure optimal results.The right candidate for this position will have a strong understanding of strategic marketing, exemplary project management skills, and an analytical mind focused on continuous improvement. This person must have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with a variety of individuals, both internally and externally, from entry-level to C-Suite, to ensure the success of our product marketing efforts.
Core Responsibilities:
Own the planning, oversight, and execution of all projects, campaigns, and initiatives for cross-team projects.
Act as the liaison between product management, sales, and marketing to champion product visibility and sales enablement for the organization.
Build, communicate, and update project schedules.
Develop strategic sales enablement (internal) and marketing (external) campaigns to drive product awareness and demand in all regions.
Oversee the strategic marketing planning and execution of all go-to-market strategies for new product introductions in North America.
Work as a project manager to oversee the strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns to drive growth.
Coordinate with other members of the marketing team to build necessary campaign elements across numerous channels.
Work to translate technical information and concepts from product groups to make it understandable for core customer segments.
Understand the nuances of each core customer segment and design campaigns around each to maximize engagement.
Manage ongoing relationships with the product marketing teams across Stiles’ portfolio of manufacturers to leverage existing marketing assets for our own efforts.
Oversee the completion of the project activities according to the strategic timeline.
Provide prompt, well-thought-out decisions in response to project demands.
Analyze all metrics from each campaign to ensure performance is optimized, adjusting as needed based on findings.
Understand who the key competitors are for each product group, how they market their products, and how to leverage our USPs appropriately.

Minimum of 3 years working in a professional setting in product marketing, project management, or working for an agency as an account manager/executive.
Must have experience strategizing and executing marketing campaigns using digital and traditional marketing channels.
