Achieve and maintain budgeted occupancy goals.Develop and execute marketing plans.Manage inquiry database documenting all contact made.Prepare collateral materials for tours and marketing events.Ensure inquiries are followed up within a timely fashion, including nights and weekends.Maintain and manage the marketing budget.Collaborate with the Director and Health Care Coordinator to schedule assessments and move-ins.Participate in local organizations and committees to strengthen referral relationships.Why You Are Qualified:

A degree in business, marketing, public relations, communications, or related area preferred2-4 years of experience in marketing, public relations, and/or sales desiredExperience working with marketing plans and external sales
