The Marketing Strategy team within Paramount Brand Studios is charged with 1. Designing broadly sellable offerings and solutions. 2. Marketing our capabilities and creating resources to arm Sales and Pitch teams and 3. Collaborating across Paramount Advertising in addition to our editorial, product, and platform teams to maximize ad revenue and identify new opportunities. The role will focus on the Kids and Family and AwesomenessTV brands. The Coordinator on our team will be a hardworking, strategic thinker who has a passion for media and marketing.

The Day-to-Day

:

Assist with the creation of sales marketing collateral and positioning documents emphasizing the value of the opportunity and the impact is offers advertisers.

Support all self-service resource guides that fuel sales and pitch.

Contribute to in-bound RFP requests and pitches for sponsorships and custom brand programs by advising/recommending sponsorship frameworks, pricing information, & relevant sales collateral.

Maintain variety of tracking resources that are vital for sales & marketing strategy including, but not limited to programming dashboards, sponsorship trackers, and revenue trackers.

Assist with team advancement projects (e.g. internal process audits and improvements) that create new efficiencies and improve work quality.

Maintain a pulse on the media industry, understanding the needs, wants, and motivations of the buying community, and how to best define our offerings against competition.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or masters Degree in marketing or related field.

Strong storytelling, writing, and communication skills, with an understanding of how to craft and evolve narratives.

Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize work assignments, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in presentation software (e.g. PowerPoint, Google Slides) with an eye for aesthetics.

Positive, insatiably curious, and resourceful.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 57,500.00.The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
