WHAT YOU'LL DOWe are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion to join BCG X as Social Media Specialist in NAMR or EMESA. Reporting to the Head of Social Media at BCG X, you will collaborate with the product team to develop and implement social media strategies that elevate the visibility of BCG X products. In this role, you will drive a critical part of the broader marketing mix strategy for BCG X product offerings. Your responsibility will be to leverage analytics to track the performance of social media campaigns, identify trends, and optimize future efforts. You will create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and product positioning. Our team called Global Services (GS) provides corporate support to business areas such as Finance, Legal, HR, Marketing and IT. This diverse team of experts, operators and specialists represent all levels from Partner to entry level staff, operating across the globe in multiple countries. Global Services is in short, the backbone of BCG.YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)University degree with demonstrated high academic achievement Minimum 1 year of experience, with track record in social media management or digital marketing, and a focus on driving visibility and engagement. Strong design skills, particularly in Figma (experience with other design tools is a plus). Proficiency in capturing and editing photos and videos to support social media initiatives. An analytical mindset, with experience using social media analytics tools to measure campaign success and derive actionable insights. Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Campaign Management and Prioritization Managing multiple social media campaigns concurrently. Effectively prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment, adapting to shifting deadlines and priorities as needed. Continuously learning from past campaign performance, applying insights to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns. Analytical and Learning Agility Using data-driven insights to assess the impact of social media campaigns and making recommendations for improvement. Quickly learning and implementing new social media tools, trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.YOU'LL WORK WITHAs part of the BCG X Global Marketing Team, you will report to the Head of Social Media and collaborate closely with product teams and senior stakeholders to boost the visibility of BCG X products. You will also partner with designers, video editors, and marketers to create dynamic content for social media campaigns.
