The Opportunity
This role will report to the Senior Vice President of Creative Product Group and Digital Media Growth, working closely with the leadership team to develop, lead and implement key initiatives. Strong eye for business is critical as the ideal candidate will dig into details and proactively identify gaps and opportunities. Experience operating in a global, cross-functional environment will ensure success in this dynamic, high-impact position.
What you’ll do
Lead as a top-level adviser, confidant, sounding board and extension of the SVP
Quickly understand and simplify problems, working across teams to identify solutions and resolve them efficiently
Own and drive strategic initiatives that are critical to the engagement of our teams, customers, and communities
Be the voice of the organization in cross-functional discussions, advocating on behalf of the team and promoting a community of inclusive leadership with a sense of urgency
Be a key bridge, conveying and ensuring successful communication and implementation of critical organizational and operational decisions
What You Need To Succeed
10+ years of shown experience in strategic operational roles, partnering directly with senior leaders
BA or BS degree in a related field; MBA, Management Consulting experience is a plus
Excellent communication skills, written, verbal and through tools like PowerPoint
Extraordinary ability to program manage across complex operations
Critical thinking skills and able to take sizable problems and break them into small meaningful pieces as well as being able to utilize data to derive insights from metrics
Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude and attention to operational details
Ability to develop relationships and partnerships (internal and external) at all levels of the organization, exhibit strong leadership and influencing skills, and design, implement, and lead change management initiatives
Ability to learn, grow and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve
Excellent meeting design and facilitation skills
Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills and a sense of urgency
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $134,800 — $267,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
