About the role


We are looking for a dynamic and creative Content Marketing Manager with experience in financial services to lead and execute our social media, influencer, and lifecycle marketing strategies.


In this role, you’ll focus on driving engagement, building partnerships, managing user-generated content (UGC) initiatives, and creating effective email/SMS campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in social media management, influencer collaborations, content creation, and lifecycle marketing, along with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.


Responsibilities


Social Media Strategy and Management

  • Develop Social Media Strategy: Design and implement a social media strategy to grow our brand presence, increase engagement, and drive lead generation within the financial services industry.
  • Content Calendar Management: Plan and manage a content calendar for all social media channels, ensuring alignment with broader marketing initiatives and timely delivery.
  • Content Creation & Curation: Create and oversee the production of engaging, platform-specific content (including organic video, UGC, and visual assets) that highlights brand values and resonates with our target audience.
  • Community Management: Manage and grow our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions, fostering a sense of connection and engagement with our brand.

Influencer & Partnership Marketing

  • Identify and Collaborate with Influencers: Develop partnerships with influencers, creators, and industry thought leaders to create authentic content and expand reach within financial services.
  • UGC Campaigns: Drive UGC initiatives, encouraging customers and followers to share their experiences, and integrate UGC into brand content for social media and website use.
  • Brand Partnerships: Identify and manage partnerships with complementary brands to amplify content distribution and reach new audiences.

Lifecycle Marketing and Automation

  • Email & SMS Campaign Development: Design and implement lifecycle marketing campaigns via email and SMS to nurture customer relationships, increase engagement, and drive conversions.
  • Automation and Segmentation: Utilize automation tools to segment audiences and personalize messaging to meet the needs and preferences of different customer segments.
  • Campaign Analysis: Track and analyze campaign performance to continuously optimize content, email/SMS automation, and other lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Case Studies and Content Marketing

  • Develop Case Studies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce case studies that highlight customer success stories, product impact, and industry insights.
  • Content Syndication: Promote case studies and other long-form content through social media, email, and partnerships to increase brand authority and drive qualified leads.
  • Creative Direction: Provide creative input on the production of multimedia content, including visuals and video, to ensure high-quality, engaging assets that support campaign goals.

Analytics and Reporting

  • Social and Campaign Analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics, social platform insights, and lifecycle metrics to measure campaign performance, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate insights from data analysis to continuously refine social media, UGC, influencer, and lifecycle marketing strategies.
  • Reporting: Create regular performance reports and share key learnings and recommendations with internal teams to guide future content and social media strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with experience in financial services preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or content marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media, email/SMS, and influencer campaigns.
  • Strong creative and analytical skills with proficiency in social media and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with a collaborative and innovative approach to digital marketing.

Salary Range


$90,000 to $120,000
