Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for designated clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, and public relations initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media, and digital departments, to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing client accounts, and develop strategic proposals and presentations to win new business.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance client campaigns and deliver innovative solutions.
- Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client services within an advertising agency or marketing firm.
- Strong understanding and cilent services background supporting healthcare, tourism, and hospitality industries, with previous experience managing clients within these sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that align with client objectives.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and effectively prioritize multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field is preferred.
