Your Core Contributions to the Team
- Develop engaging content for social media, the website, blogs, podcasts, and new media, aligning with The CCIM Institute’s strategic communication goals.
- Support the production of podcasts by assisting with scripting, audio editing, and post-production tasks to enhance member engagement and broaden our content reach.
- Create interactive multimedia content, such as short videos, infographics, or interactive web features, to elevate user engagement and experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to craft content that supports campaigns, events, and initiatives while maintaining consistency across platforms.
- Leverage AI tools for content generation and optimization, utilizing the latest advancements in AI-powered marketing to enhance content creation, improve SEO, and streamline workflows.
- Experiment with new formats and platforms, such as augmented reality (AR) experiences, virtual events, or immersive storytelling techniques, to present CCIM’s value in innovative ways.
- Monitor analytics and report on content performance, using data insights to suggest improvements for increasing engagement and reach.
- Provide editorial support for internal and external communications, ensuring quality and consistency in all published materials.
- Travel and work outside regular hours, as needed, to cover events or meetings (may include occasional weekends).
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall content strategy and marketing objectives of The CCIM Institute.
About You
Knowledge and abilities
- 3 years of marketing, brand management, communications.
Education, certification, licenses
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field is preferred.
Qualifications and other skills
- Proficiency with marketing and content management tools.
- Knowledge of print and digital marketing practices with an emphasis on content creation and distribution.
- Hands-on experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe CS) or similar graphic design tools, highly desirable.
- Maintains an open mind to new ideas, innovative approaches, and suggestions—driven to constantly improve results.
- Project management abilities, detail-oriented, organized, and focused on meeting deadlines.
- Comfortable with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., Chat GPT, Canva AI) to enhance content production efficiency.
- Collaborative team player who embraces constructive criticism, can adapt to change easily, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Video production and editing skills, with experience in creating engaging video content for social media and digital platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools to drive content visibility and engagement.
- Must be proficient in written and verbal communications internally and externally, with a focus on storytelling and message clarity.
- Curiosity and a learning mindset, always seeking to explore the latest trends and technologies in content marketing.
